During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel organized a New Year banquet for guests, despite the fact that the local celebrations revolve around Spring Festival. It was a thoughtful gesture that made me feel included and valued as a guest. Additionally, the front desk staff went out of their way to assist me with my internet connection, ensuring that I had a seamless and hassle-free experience. The hotel's location was also a major convenience, as it was just a 10-minute drive to the ferry terminal for Mount Putuo, making it incredibly convenient for exploring this popular attraction. the cleanliness, facilities, and staff's attentiveness further enhanced my stay.

Our non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor was exposed to cigarette smoke from someone smoking in the hallway, suggesting poor smoke isolation. There was a misunderstanding at the New Year banquet where we were initially asked to pay for drinks that were supposed to be complimentary.
